I think because it’s so classic and traditional. People see eggs toast and bacon and think breakfast. Or the reverse.
It’s a lot different from looking at half a grapefruit
I think the main thing is breakfast shouldn’t take more than 10 mins to prepare.

Because you have the whole day to burn it off. If you ate it for dinner, it would sit in your belly all night and make you fat.

Eggs are pretty healthy but bacon and sausage are pretty high in fat. I don’t know who came up with that idea, maybe when people lived on farms it was the easiest food to make. Now we have lots of choices though, we can change to healthy foods for breakfast.

The word Breakfast is a contraction of the the phrase "Breaking my Fast". The fast part is when you’re asleep. Also upon waking you wouldn’t have anything substantial to eat straight away, you would put in a couple of hours work first. Then you would have the full Monty.

For this very reason I’m a vegetarian. Eggs aren’t really healthy because they offer high cholesterol if you research. Bacon and sausage, pig is the most nastiest thing for us to eat since they eat EVERYTHING. Garbage, bones etc you name it, they eat it. The Bible actually speaks against eating swine.
What I do is I mash up tofu and add mushrooms, green peppers, onions, carrots and whatever else I have lying around and season it up with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and sometimes I’ll add seasoning salt also and just cook it. It tastes better than eggs! Morning star makes bacon strips that taste like bacon without the greasy feeling. There are options out there but we’re so used to eating these things but we need to keep in mind, the eggs mostly come from battered cages and the meat is fed carcass and what have you.
If you are a meat eater then I suggest you eat vegetarian fed otherwise the meats are genetically modified and that’s another reason why there’s so many diseases in this world today. I would cut off the bacon and go for turkey sausage instead. Try to eat only egg whites.
If you’re up for the challenge though, try the tofu recipe. You can even add some alfredo sauce and play with whatever flavors you enjoy. Add some cheese and wa LA!
Other than that, the biggest meal of the day is supposed to be the most nutrient packed. Breakfast isn’t all unhealthy, there is cereal, toast, pancakes, waffles, muffins. Just choose wisely

I don’t think bacon and eggs is unhealthy, but rather we have become so lazy and fail to burn off the calories and fat.
Also, moderation is key. Cut the portions, and eat more frequently.

I love a breakfast of sausage or bacon and eggs… good thing to eat it early in the day. I just don’t think it is the kind of breakfast to eat every day. Wish we could!!!

Eggs are healthy thing to have, espically if you just have the egg white!

People usually can’t think straight then. All they know is, "FOOD!" It’s easy enough to make and most fat food joints have them (no that is not a typo), so a sluggish mind could easily give in to temptation

Well see, it’s kind of obvious but Things like bacon have a lot of salt so if you eat bacon on a regular basis, you may get high blood pressure. Hope this helped.

It’s only up to you if you want to make your breakfast unhealthy. There are healthy options out there as well. Why don’t you opt to choose them instead?
