You make it the night before and bake it the next morning. It is like a casserole.

I love this recipe! it comes out great!
BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
1 c. ham or sausage
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 pt. half & half or milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
10 eggs
In a 9 x 13 inch greased dish, mix butter, half and half, pepper, salt, mustard, eggs and Bisquick. Refrigerate overnight. Brown sausage or ham. Mix with Swiss and cheddar cheese and pour into dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
