I have watched Rachael’s show many times and I have seen her saute sausage until crispy with (I think) olive oil and /or water. Not sure. Does anyone know her technique to make it crispy? I can’t find it on her website.
THANKS!

So, here is what I plan to do: I’ll whisk cream cheese with a little bit of milk until it’s thicken enough. I’ll make 3 types of tomato sauces: carrot, brocoli and saussage. Then I’ll layer my lagsana like this : noodles – cream cheese – carrot sauce – noodles – cream cheese – sausage sauce – noodles – cream cheese – broccoli sauce – noodles – plain sauce – shredded morazella.
What do you think? Will it work?
