I left out a pack of uncooked breakfast sausage the other day ago for about 4 hours at room temp. I’m pretty sure it’s fine to cook but I just wanted to make sure. Is it okay?

Yesterday me and my BFF had a sleepover at a abandoned warehouse, as part of a dare. And after a while we decided to have a pillow fight. So, I got out my metal pillow and smacked her in the head. She fell down and didn’t get back up so I hit her a couple more times. Now it’s morning and she won’t get up, what’s her problem? Should I put her in the meat grinder or something?
I can’t call the police though. I tried and there is no eleven button on the phone….;.. And I got the pillow at Target.
