ive looked on the net on how to make sausage rolls, and most of them say use flaky pastry and they tell you how to make your own pastry for the rolls but all i have is puff pastry. Will it still work, look and taste right if i use puff pastry.

I am looking to make some Doner Kebabs and I need some lamb meat.
The recipe calls out for ground lamb meat, as well as leg of lamb (or slices of it), and finally lamb fat.
Where are some greek supermarkets or other markets that would sell the lamb meat I am looking for in the Milwaukee area.

i have ground meat, its been in the freezer for about a week and its about 3 days past the date. i want to cook it tonight, is it ok to put in the refrigerator and then when i want to cook it thaw it in the microwave?

Is tomato sauce an absolute requirement to a pizza? What if the flat bread has cheese, mushrooms, pineapples, sausage, onions, bell peppers, and all the others common toppings but without the tomato sauce, is it still a pizza, or is there another name to it?

I know I must use good ground beef, I added wine and cut up some red onion along with 3 tomatoes and 2 fresh garlic sections…I am about to go to the store for some small sweet fenal sausage…to add to the mix and some celery along with bay leaves and basel..what am I missing?
