If a 1.5 lb. package of ground beef was left to defrost on the counter from 9AM to 6PM, and was then baked in a dish for 35 minutes at 350*, would this kill away the bacteria that would have developed from sitting out for so long?

I am making breakfast, and the only sausages we have are frozen. What is the way to cook a sausage without grilling it? (ie., boil, fry, etc.)

I grew up with eating chicken and beef. My parents never cooked pork. My cholestrol is high and my doctor told me eat pork instead of beef b/c it is white meat and is better for health. but, when I look at ground pork packages at market, they have more fat than beef. And, I don’t know how to cook pork or ground pork. Can someone tell me how? can I make meat loaf with ground port? hamburger? sorry, I am pork illiterate. Thanx for your help.

My niece asked me to make her this for breakfast on Valentines Day. I know its breakfast sausage rolled in a pancake.But am I suppose to use a tooth pick? or make mini pan cakes? I get the idea just not the logistics? Any suggestions?
