When we get ready to eat them and you cut in to it the stuffing falls apart. It don’t stick together nor does it stick to the pepper.

Ground meat or poultry (with the exception of meat loaf) must be fully cooked prior to transferring into the slow cooker.
Never place cold, raw meat – right out of the refrigerator – into the slow cooker

I am looking for vegan ground meat, well it should be that there is no actual meat in it though it tastes like and has a texture similar for making patties for a sandwich burger.
A recipe is ok if I can find the ingredients.

and I’ve tried mushrooms. I’ve also tried making meatballs and Italian sausage.
