Me and my brother are in a compition with this one, for one he can’t even cook, but I’ll have to admit that the one recipe he has is pretty damn good, I need one that will knock his out of the water… all I can tell you about his is that its got garbonzo beans, homeny, ground meat, ect… can someone help me out on this one, with some of the same ingrediants…
I purchased some hamburger / ground beef on Saturday and forgot to put it in the freezer. The sell by date on it was yesterday (Sun. the 24th). Is it still safe to freeze and use? How long does hamburger meat / ground beef last after the sell by date?

Figured this would be totally easy, and I can’t find a good simple recipe for it. I have a pound of ground meat, and I don’t know how high to bake it on, how many cups of bread crumbs to add, eggs, or how "long" to cook them. Thanks in advance!
